Personal Items – Double-check all rooms, decks, and bathrooms for personal belongings. Doors & Windows – Close/lock all exterior doors and windows. Lights & Fans- Turn off all lights/ceiling fans.

Finding accommodations with 7 bedrooms was a tough ask. My family had a great time. You can't put a price tag on quality family time. My issues are with the host. To say that communication was lacking would be a drastic understatement. We did not receive a physical address for the property until the morning of our arrival. That caused coordination issues with members traveling from different areas. Upon arrival, there were 3 units at the address, A, B & C. Nothing in the confirmation email specified which unit was ours. Today is Monday and I still have received a response to my text to the host from this past Friday. We finally gained entry by trying the access code on every unit. There were exactly 2 towels and wash cloths per bedroom. No spares anywhere on the property. The primary reason for booking a beach location is the BEACH. If there had been any mention of the need to bring additional towels, we have done so. Every other beach rental we've ever had included spare towels and linen. The showers had minimal water pressure that was luke warm at best. Finally, the elevator. The fact the there is a notice on the elevator door saying "use at your own risk" indicates that there have been problems before that were never thoroughly resolved. The seniors in our group needed the elevator to work as it was designed. Instead on 4 different occasions the doors wouldn't open with passengers inside.

Donald, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you had issues with your stay. All of the needed information for check in was included in your welcome guide that was sent to you 48 hours prior to check in. This includes address and lock code. You messaged me thru the Vrbo app at 433pm on arrival day and I replied at 434p with the unit number. Linens and towels are provided for all guests including 14 sets of towels. Typically summer beach goers bring their own beach supplies including chairs and towels. I have provided them in the past at the guests request and for an additional fee. I will look into the shower pressure and temperature as I have not had issues in the past. The elevator is safe to use and has to be inspected annually to comply with codes. Unfortunately some guests do not follow the elevator guide and to prevent any harm I have to post specific instructions. Usually if the door does not open the elevator is between floor due to excessive weight. May I suggest that when you have issues with any rental in the future you reach out to the owner immediately. In the welcome guide was my personal email and phone number that I respond to immediately. Also reading both the welcome and check out guides can help with issues. Some check out items were missed on your departure. Again thank you for your feedback as it helps future guests. Debra
