We stayed 15 nights in the 1-bedroom apartment. There were several things we liked about the property. 1) Driveway parking spot allowed us to park close to the apartment. 2) motion activated lights on walkway from driveway to back patio entrance was very helpful at night. 3) the apartment door opened to a covered concrete patio with chairs and easy gate access to asphalt trail around canals. We ran on the trails every morning, and the easy access was especially nice. 4) the bathroom was clean and the walk-in shower was very convenient5) stacked washer/dryer was very helpful for a long stay. 5) all kitchen appliances were functional and in excellent condition. 6) communication with the host was very good. The host responded quickly to all questions. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Great little walk out suite - minor downside is the lack of adequate housewares ie. small dinnerware, cutlery, cookware.
