The "Steuerbord" holiday rental, which sleeps 5 people and 1 baby, features a balcony and 2 bedrooms and is located in the "Achtern" holiday home complex in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Zinnowitz. The beach is within walking distance (approx. 850 m) via Strandstrasse, a street lined with many shops and featuring a maritime atmosphere.

The holiday home contains three holiday apartments on the ground floor, accessible via a staircase.
Up to 13 people (families and friends, no party guests) can enjoy a wonderful holiday in the three holiday apartments: Backbord, Bug, and Steuerbord. Shopping options are nearby.

The train station in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz is approximately 300 metres away. The Usedomer Bäderbahn railway line runs right past the holiday apartment. This makes the “Steuerbord” holiday apartment an ideal starting point for excursions in all directions across the island of Usedom and to the mainland.

The “Steuerbord” holiday apartment is located on the ground floor. There is a doctor’s office on the ground floor.
The “Steuerbord” holiday rental includes a lockable bicycle storage room with an outlet for e-bikes and one parking space. (Please note that the maximum clearance height to the parking space is 2.20 m.)
The “Steuerbord” holiday rental features a private balcony with patio furniture and is furnished in a modern, tasteful, and comfortable style.

This contract constitutes a brokerage service on behalf of the owner.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the price.

1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room with a sleeper sofa. One bedroom has space for at least 1 baby who still sleeps in a cot.
The apartment has a balcony.
We recommend this apartment for 4 people; however, it has a sleeper sofa, which allows for an additional guest (for a fee).
