The Space:

Located on Holiday Isle, you’re just minutes from Destin’s best attractions. Three levels of east (sunrise) facing balconies of the harbor and its cherished canals. Bring your boat, dock it at the house, and then cruise or beach it on the harbor, Crab Island, or East Pass. Hop on a boat taxi to reach the world-famous Destin fishing charter fleet and HarborWalk entertainment district in minutes. Want some sugar-white sand beach time? Enjoy gated beach access to Holiday Isle and/or the new Norriego Point Recreational Area that borders the harbor and East Pass. Either beach is a 10–to 12–minute stroll or a 2-minute drive away. Norriego Park Recreation Area. is the harbor's newest addition with parking, beaches, restrooms, boat slips (coming soon), snorkeling, a walking boardwalk, and amazing views of the harbor district.
