This rental offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10 guests. The main level features a bedroom with two queen beds, a full bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen, along with an open living and dining area ideal for gathering. Upstairs, enjoy a king oceanfront bedroom with beautiful Atlantic views, a third bedroom with one queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds, and an additional full bathroom.

Guests enjoy access to the private swimming pool with lounging ledge and deep-end seating, plus a washer and dryer for added convenience. The fully enclosed pool area with a locked gate provides added peace of mind. Pool heating is available March–October for an additional fee, weather permitting.

Take in ocean views from the oceanfront deck or walk just steps down the private boardwalk for direct beach access. Additional amenities include outdoor picnic seating, two private outdoor showers, and parking for multiple vehicles.

This home is part of a larger oceanfront property that is rented in its entirety during the summer season. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash pick up is Tuesday morning. Please roll trash bins to edge of road on Monday evenings.
Place wet towels in bathtubs. Place all dirty towels on bathroom floors.
Leave beds unmade. The cleaners will strip the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
