The living space is simple, comfortable, and welcoming—great for relaxing after a day exploring. The master bedroom features a sliding glass door that opens to a private backyard, giving you a quiet spot to unwind.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood less than a mile from Chetco Point Park, you’ll have easy access to ocean views, beach walks, and seasonal whale watching. The area is also known for salmon, halibut, and crab—perfect for outdoor lovers.

This is an older home with some updates and ongoing improvements, offering a laid-back, lived-in charm rather than a luxury feel. More amenities, including fire pit, are coming soon.

For security and transparency, there is one exterior camera located at the front door, facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.
