Holiday home in the volcanic rock with indescribable ambiance, a terrace and gardenVolcanic rock defines Lanzarote. This holiday domicile is located very close to the famous wine growing region of La Geria. It is one of a kind as it has been fitted into a rocky landscape of indescribable romance, wholly in the style of Cesar Manrique. The landscaped interior is about 300 metres above the elegant yacht harbour of Puerto Calero, near La Asmoda and the wine-growing area of La Geria, on a slope with a wide panoramic view. You will be away from the tourists on a 12,000 square-metre fenced property with plenty of parking possibilities.
The holiday home consists of a bedroom and a bathroom. The maximum occupancy is two people on 70 m² of living space. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. A safe is also available. Towels and linen including bathrobes are provided. The bedroom has a double bed and a baby’s cot. The living room and dining room have seating options for six people, a fireplace and a dining area with seating for six people. The kitchen has a four-ring stove, a dishwasher, grill, fridge and oven. The living room has flat screen satellite TV, a DVD player and WLAN. The adjoining kitchen has a combination refrigerator, a dishwasher, Ceran stove, an oven and built-in microwave. The kitchen is equipped in a sophisticated way and will leave no wish unfulfilled. Heaters are available for cooler evenings. The shower-bathroom is located between the living and the sleeping areas. The latter has a double bed, its own computer work desk and a bookcase with internal lighting that encourages you to browse. The bedroom has its own terrace with deckchairs and a living room suite. From there, you can proceed to the grill under a pergola and to the solar heated pool.
A terrace, garden, heated swimming pool, four garden chairs and two loungers are available in the outdoor area. A parking area is also available. Bicycle hire is available on request. From two terraces, you can enjoy the view to Fuerteventura and Lobos, a breathtaking panoramic view of about 20 km that will delight you.
All the important facilities can be reached by rental car in five minutes, from the supermarket to the pharmacy. Restaurant recommendations and touring tips from the German owners will facilitate orientation on the island. The edge of the nature reserve is near us, while all the neighbours are far enough away for you to be able to enjoy the holiday in peace.
Important: For safety reasons, we can only accept children aged 16 and over without exception.
