The Victorian: A Rico Retreat

This 1880's Victorian home is perched on the sunny side of the Rico valley. With ample sunshine and views of the surrounding peaks, this historic home makes for a fantastic San Juan Mountain getaway. The original wide-plank wood flooring has been restored throughout and there is both a gas and wood burning stove. The Victorian has two bedrooms and two bath (one full/one half) along with a full kitchen, living and dining room including a new wraparound porch and large yard!
