Gemütliche 2-Zimmer WHG mit Balkon /Parkplatz Ost/ Halbinsel Höri /Bodensee
Our two cozy vacation apartments were completely renovated and refurbished in 2019/2020. The roof was insulated, so it is pleasantly cool even in summer.
FeWo 2 is a studio apartment (hallway, kitchen, bathroom and a combined living / sleeping area).
The orientation is to the garden towards the west with sun from noon until sunset.
(in the directly adjacent nature reserve you can observe many animals; deer, storks, kites....) Occupancy up to max 4 persons possible. Please consider the width of the sofa bed.
Both apartments are about 52 square meters and each has a balcony.
They are located on the 1st floor, have roof slopes and are not accessible barrier-free.
All rooms have daylight and are, with the exception of the north window, equipped with electric shutters.
In the combined living-bedroom there is a double bed with 2 mattresses 180 x 200cm
and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm (please note when booking for 4 people).

The kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove with ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker ( pad), kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, pan, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils, as well as sugar, salt, vinegar, oil, spices and coffee pads for the first morning.
The bathrooms have shower/toilet/washbasin.
Equipped with hair dryer, toothbrush cup, liquid soap dispenser, shower gel, shampoo, cosmetic wipes, and towels and bath mat.
The balcony has a table and 2 chairs and a parasol and 2 more small deck chairs .
Other equipment
Laundry rack, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, (baby crib only on special request).
If you miss something or have special requests (eg eggs from free-range chickens for breakfast), please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note before booking: We are looking forward to guests over 12 years, they are counted as adults.
For smokers we have set up a cozy smoking lounge directly in front of the entrance next to a beautiful fig, of course you may also sit here as a non-smoker.
