Vacation home on a beautiful southern slope in the middle of the Black Forest

The house is located in the tourist village of Hornberg, near Rubersbach. The street address is "Nel paese, No. 37 A / 37 B." It is situated on a south-facing slope, offering a splendid view of the valley with its houses, surrounded by high mountains covered in dense forests. The house features a cosy living room with a corner bench, a large sofa, and a small balcony, as well as a TV, CD player, cassette player, and radio. There are also 3 bedrooms—1 with a canopy bed, 1 double, and 1 with bunk beds. One bedroom opens onto a large terrace with an awning, a beach umbrella, and patio furniture, including lounge chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove, and a refrigerator. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and shower, a guest bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and, above the living room, a tastefully furnished loft with a wicker sofa and a double sofa bed.


Hornberg: Hornberg is a small town with about 5,000 residents.
A must-see is the open-air theatre, which hosts performances such as “Riprese Hornberger.” The Schlossberg
offers a magnificent view of the town and the surrounding valleys and wooded hills. There are also birds of prey
and flight demonstrations held here. This is not to be missed.
Highlights include the largest showroom at the Duravit Design Centre, the “Fungus” exhibition, and a heated outdoor pool
with sunbathing areas. There is a city museum. Numerous restaurants and a larger café invite you to stop by.
Bicycles can be rented at the tourist information office in Hornberg’s town hall. The Kinzig Valley bike path
is highly recommended, as it can be used without a permit.
Hornberg is an interesting town featuring a late-medieval church choir and frescoes, as well as the Black Forest Railway viaduct over the Reichenbach (the route from Hornberg to St. Georgen includes 36 tunnels).
