Outside, you will find a spacious balcony facing the lake and a garden for exclusive use with a view of Monte Baldo. Cars can be parked free of charge in two private outdoor car parks. Pets are not permitted.

The beach, sailing club and surf and kite school are just a few minutes away. The nearest town centre with a grocery store is only two kilometres away. Cafés and restaurants are just 100 metres from the accommodation.
