Large two-level apartment consisting of 5 spacious and bright bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a large kitchen complete with all appliances and a bright living room overlooking the garden and the mountains.
Garden in front of our vineyard with direct view of the mountains and the valley complete with table, chairs and deck chairs, ideal for moments of leisure and relaxation after a day of hiking, sport and fun that the area offers!
We are in Rovereto, a town full of restaurants, cafés and museums, a few kilometers from Lake Garda, Trento and Verona, an ideal starting point for excursions, trekking, climbing and bike rides.

Overall, this was a great place for a large group. The location was convenient, the accommodations were comfortable, and having air conditioning in each bedroom was a huge bonus during the summer.Check-in could have been smoother. We arrived at the gate but had to wait for our host because we hadn’t received arrival instructions in advance. There is also a fairly steep uphill walk from the parking area to the property, which is something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. It wasn’t a problem for our group, but it could be challenging for some guests.One thing future guests should be especially aware of is the garbage and recycling requirements. The host provided vague instructions, and we genuinely tried to sort everything correctly. However, the different bags and disposal rules were confusing to us as visitors unfamiliar with the local system. We were later informed that our trash had been inspected and that we incurred a 50 fine. While we accepted responsibility and had no issue covering the charge, we were surprised that guests were responsible not only for sorting the waste but also for putting it out on the street for collection. In our experience with other vacation rentals, hosts typically handle the final garbage disposal. Coordinating an international bank transfer afterward to reimburse the fee also ended up being more inconvenient than expected.Overall, great stay, but I would encourage future guests to pay very close attention.

Unbelievable ! 5 bedroom 5 ensuite great kitchen and family areas good heating in all rooms . Giuseppe was easy and great to deal with. Only downfall is no WASHING MACHINE , as this is a home for large families this is REQUIRED . All the best Adrian Emer Australia

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Rovereto

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und bietet mit 5 Schlafzimmern und jeweiligem Bad im Zimmer viel Platz. Es gibt eine große moderne Küche und einen separaten Fernsehraum. Der Außenbereich am Weinberg ist ansprechend inklusive Gartenmöbel und Grill. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist mit einem Tor mit Fernbedienung gesichert. Von Rovereto aus lassen sich mit dem Auto oder der Bahn (z.B. Verona) schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Wohnung für 10 Personen, aber nur ein Tisch mit 8 Stühlen in der Küche. Die Küchenutensilien könnten etwas umfangreicher sein, eine Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr schnell möglich und völlig unkompliziert. Wem die Lage Rovereto zusagt, ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

Very friendly landlord and wife, Lovely house in between old vineyard, would come again

Check in was perfect. Lovely renovated house, modern but with connection to it's history. Kitchen fully equipped, bedroom each with an own bathroom. All clean and nice. Communication great, wife of landlord gave us a tour around the old historic vineyard, tips for the region and self made cake. Parking lot available, supermarket really near. Train station in walking distance (e.g. train to verona). Not far from the lago di garda, but due to traffic delays it takes around 1h to city garda. Hiking and other sights (e.g. bell of peace) near. Would definitely come again and recommend

Alles bestens. Lage nahe am Gardasee - tolle Ausflüge sind vor hier aus möglich. Von dort aus kann man tolle Ausflüge buchen. Giuseppe ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten. Absolute Empfehlung!
