So welcome to us on the advertisement for the holiday home at Seeblick, in the Hessian Westerwald.
Our holiday home is idyllically located on the Krombach dam, surrounded by woods and meadows.
From here you have a wonderful view of the lake where windsurfers and sailors enjoy themselves with mostly good wind conditions and the beach.
On site you can find entry points to the bike and hiking trails (including long-distance hiking and long-distance biking paths).

Bathroom

The cottage has two bathrooms. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a toilet, shower, hair dryer and daylight.The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a toilet, whirlpool bath (air and water jets), Bluetooth speaker (integrated in the ceiling light) and hair dryer.

Bedroom

The holiday home has three bedrooms, each with a double bed (one of which is a walk-through room), each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and a television (Smart-TV via Mi-Box). Additional sleeping options are extra bed and one person on the sofa bed in the living room.

Extras

In the laundry room you have a washer dryer (washing machine & dryer), drying rack and an ironing board with iron. The house has a conservatory that is partially heated. The conservatory is equipped with a seating area, billiards, dartboard and table football for children.

Outdoor area

Outside you will find a well-kept garden with a fountain (no drinking water) and sun loungers. On the terrace there is a larger seating area with a parasol and a gas grill. In front of the holiday home you have enough space for your vehicles with 4 parking spaces directly on the property (2 wide, 2 narrow parking spaces).

The holiday home has a charging station for your electric car. 11kW wallbox (0.39€/kW) Please ask for the RFID card. In the garage you will currently find 6 bicycles that you can use free of charge (Use only in accordance with the disclaimer). The area in front of the garage is monitored by cameras, garage door view - into the garage

Sauna

The holiday home has a Finnish sauna for 4-5 people, with great sauna infusions from FJORLAND. The sauna temperature can be read on the smart home tablets and changed if necessary. This separate room can be reached via the terrace. The electricity consumption is billed via a coin-operated machine (insert €0.50, €1, €2)

Sustainability

The holiday home is operated exclusively with CO2-free electricity. This includes the photovoltaic system on the roof and a regional green electricity provider that only supplies CO2-free electricity from hydropower. In addition, our Smart Home system helps to save unnecessary resources with, among other things, the window open detection.
