"Westerwald" Vacation Home in Rodenroth - 6-bed vacation home

Our four-star holiday home is located in a very quiet area in the Rodenroth weekend getaway region.
We are situated in a hilly landscape at an elevation of approximately 450 metres. On clear days, you can see all the way across the Taunus Mountains to the Feldberg or as far as the Hoherodskopf in the Vogelsberg.

From the holiday home, you can go on beautiful hikes through forests and valleys in the surrounding area.
It’s also an ideal starting point for cyclists and mountain bikers.
There are some very scenic bike paths nearby, such as the Ulmtal Bike Path and the Kallenbachtal Bike Path, or you can ride along the Lahn River to Lahnstein.
A route through the Weiltal Valley to Feldberg is also possible.

For those interested in water sports, the following lakes are nearby:
Ulmbachtalsperre (swimming)
Seeweiher (swimming)
Aartalsee (swimming and sailing)
Krombachtalsperre (swimming, sailing, and surfing).

On the Lahn River, you can go canoeing amid beautiful scenery.
Even when the weather isn’t ideal, there are plenty of leisure activities to enjoy, such as a visit to the crystal cave in Kubach or a tour of the castles in Weilburg or Braunfels.

The nearest supermarket is 3 km away.



6-bed holiday home:

On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living room with a dining area for five people plus a high chair for children and a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, an additional bathroom with an urinal, and a balcony over 30 square metres in size with a table and chairs, a grill, and a swing chair.
The basement features a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and an additional cot upon request, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
You can also access the patio and the large garden from the basement.

Smoking inside the house and pets are not permitted.

Fijn huis in prachtige omgeving

Heerlijk schoon huis , van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke bedden, in keuken alles aanwezig. Veel mooie uitstapjes jn de omgeving te maken. Boodschappen dichtbij.

In jeder Hinsicht eine exzellente Ferienwohnung

Schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage und mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, vor kurzem modernisiert worden und sieht frisch aus. Außerdem ist wirklich alles vorhanden, WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, die Betten sind gut. In der wundervollen Umgebung kann man (auch vom Haus aus) kleinere oder größere Wanderungen machen. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle. Wir haben dann noch Wetzlar, Greifenstein, Herborn, Braunfels 9Schloss) und Weilburg (Museum Rosenhang!) besucht. Diese Orte, die ganze Umgebung und vor allem diese Ferienwohnung sind sehr empfehlenswert.

Urlaub im Ferienhaus "Westerwald"

Wir haben im September eine sehr erholsame Urlaubswoche in Greifenstein im Westerwald verbracht. Neben zahlreichen Spaziergängen in der wunderschönen Natur und Besichtigungen historischer Städte / Gebäude, begeisterte uns vor allem das traumhafte Ferienhaus "Westerwald". In diesem Haus findet man garantiert alles, was zu einem gemütlichen Verweilen erforderlich ist. Es ist ruhig gelegen, sehr gepflegt und die Abende am Kamin laden zum Entspannen ein. Bei Familie Weber, den sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern, möchten wir uns auf diesem Wege noch einmal ganz herzlich bedanken. Wir sind sicher, dass wir gerne noch einmal wiederkommen werden! Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir haben die Karnevalstage hier verbracht und Haus und Umgebung sehr genossen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeber, gut ausgestattetes, sauberes und gemütliches Haus. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.
