Beautiful apartment with a terrace and garden, mountain views, 50 m from the elevator

Our holiday rental is located in Silberleiten / Hochkrimml at an elevation of 1,700 m. It measures approximately 45 square metres and is situated right next to the Plattenkogel lift (50 m), which provides direct access to the Zillertal Arena, the largest ski area in the Zillertal.<br>In the living room, you’ll find a cosy dining area and a sofa bed (200 x 140 cm). The wood-burning stove adds to the warm, inviting atmosphere with its cosy heat (firewood is not included in the rental price). The apartment has Wi-Fi, and the living room features a flat-screen TV.<br>Our open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, range hood, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. <br>The bedroom features a bunk bed, a large wardrobe, and additional storage space.<br>The ski storage room is located in the basement of the house. Additionally, a sauna is available to all guests of the house for a fee.<br>You can enjoy the sunshine and the mountain views from the terrace (on the entrance side) as well as from a balcony (overlooking Königsleiten). <br>A free underground parking space is available. This keeps your car protected and eliminates the need to clear snow off it.<br>Just 100 metres away, you’ll find a ski school and a well-stocked sports shop with ski rentals. Right next door is the Plattenalm, a rustic alpine inn—a perfect daytime gathering spot for skiers and non-skiers alike, and a cosy restaurant in the evening. <br>The house is in a very quiet location; children can play safely right around the house and build snowmen and igloos in the private garden area.<br>In winter, you can take advantage of a bread roll service with delivery right to your front door. The nearest shopping area is in Königsleiten, about 4 km away.<br>Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment—please do not smoke inside! Thank you very much!<br><br>Winter activities: <br>With 150 kilometres of slopes and 52 lifts (from Hochkrimml to Zell am Ziller), skiers and snowboarders will find a wide range of options for beginners and pros alike. With nearly 100% guaranteed snow and skiing up to 2,500 m, the superbly groomed slopes ensure the perfect ski holiday in the Zillertal for the whole family. The ski lift is easily accessible, just 50 m away, and in the evening—if there’s enough snow—you can ski right up to the house.<br>Cross-country skiing is also a major highlight here. Kilometres of groomed cross-country ski trails begin right below the apartment complex, inviting you to enjoy healthy physical activity with the 3,000-meter peaks in view.<br>Via a winter hiking trail (about 2 km away), an illuminated toboggan run (1.5 km) at the Filzsteinalm in Hochkrimml is easily accessible. A short distance away, in Hainzenberg (Gerlosstein), you’ll find a 7-km-long toboggan run (with toboggan rentals). <br>Snowshoe hikes are also possible in areas with guaranteed snow.<br>The nearest indoor swimming pool is the Kristallbad, located in Wald, about 9 km away.<br><br>In summer, you can enjoy the mountains with their lush meadows, colourful flowers, fresh air, and plenty of peace and quiet. There are many hiking opportunities on well-marked trails at all elevations and difficulty levels, leading you through a fascinating mountain landscape. You can also go Nordic walking, rock climbing, or biking. <br>Water lovers can splash around in the nearby Durlassboden Reservoir, a swimming lake with fresh spring water. Or they can rent a pedal boat, SUP, or inflatable boat there.<br>Other recreational activities, such as tennis, cycling, and a high ropes course, are available in the immediate vicinity. <br>The Krimml Waterfalls, with a drop of 390 metres, are a special attraction. The waterfall trail takes nature lovers right up close to this natural spectacle, featuring numerous overlooks, bridges, and viewing platforms.<br>
