Guten Tag,Meine Bewertung ist deswegen so ausgefallen, weil ich der Meinung bin, es genügt nicht eine Ferienwohnung zu haben, und anzubieten, sondern auch diese zu pflegen (z.B. Rasen mähen, Zuschneiden von Bäumen).Das Licht am Eingang ging nicht (Solar), Licht in der Abstellkammer ging nicht. Liegewiese gibt es nicht, eher Liegehügel. Wenn man aus dem Haus raus kommt, sieht man eine Baustelle.Was ich ebenfalls nicht in Ordnung finde, ist das man in Mietvertrag reinschreibt, das man WLAN zur Verfügung hat, aber mein Handy kein WLAN vor Ort gefunden hat. Nach Nachfrage bekam ich keine Antwort.Auf der Terasse waren Nägel sichtbar, so dass für meine Kinder die Gefahr bestand, darauf zu treten, und sich dadurch zu verletzen Die Bilder die ich gemacht habe bestätigen dies. Die Wohnung an sich ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Jedoch nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Siehe Bilder !

Wir hatten eine entspannte Wanderwoche mit unserem Enkel. Leider kein optimales Wetter, aber dafür kann keiner was. Von der Unterkunft aus konnte man direkt loswandern.Leider wurde gegenüber eine alte Ferienhütte abgerissen...die Bilder des Internetauftrittes entsprechen auch nicht wirklich den Tatsachen.

Zeer fijn huisje op loopafstand van de piste. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne skivakantie is aanwezig. Zeer vriendelijke host en fijne communicatie. Wij komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Nette Ferienwohnung im Ski-Gebiet

Nette kleine saubere Ferienwohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, mitten im Ski-Gebiet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief ohne Probleme und er war immer recht freundlich. Wir waren im Sommer dort, da wir sehr gerne wandern. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Wanderwege und auch tolle Möglichkeiten den Tag zu verbringen wenn es mal regnet.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war: eine Art "Geisterstadt", die vor allem auf die Wintersaison abgestimmt ist. Der Wanderbus fuhr erst ab 5.7.; die Gebühr für die Mautstrasse wird den Wintergästen erstattet, den Sommergästen nicht

Schöner Wanderurlaub in ruhiger Lage

Für Familien die etwas fern ab von Rubel wohnen wollen eine sehr ruhige Lage. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Küche war im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Objekten die ich kenne sehr gut ausgerüstet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und für alle Fragen im Vorfeld offen gewesen. Gerne wieder :-)

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, Bettbezug hätte gern dabei sein können. Zu buchen war mangels verfügbarkeit leider nicht mehr möglich. Perfekte Lage für einen Schnee und Skiurlaub. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Sehr netter Vermieter. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Super Skiurlaub

Wohnung ist wie beschrieben; Küche super ausgestattet! Großer Esstisch - sehr schön! Kinderzimmer (mit Sotckbett) sehr klein, aber das hat man vorher auf den Bildern gesehen und war okay. Lage zum Skifahren super, man kann mit den Skiern bis zum Haus abfahren (wenn genug Schnee liegt), morgens muss man halt "hochlaufen" zum Lift (dann ist man warm zum Skifahren :)). Mit unserem Auto sind wir (bei viel Schnee) dank Allradantrieb ohne Ketten zur Wohnung und wieder hoch gefahren.

Geweldig vakantie in een heerlijke vakantie woning. Na de mooie bergwandelingen , genieten op het terras. De rust en stilte maakte het volmaakt. Feest om iedere dag de Gerlos Pass te rijden. Keuken is veel nieuwer en moderner dan op de afgebeelde foto's. Heel compleet , we komen zeker terug

Toller Bergurlaub

Wir fanden eine sehr schöne u. gepflegte Ferienwohnung vor. Die Küchenausstattung war hervorragend (Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen usw.)! Die ruhige Lage war eine schöne Möglichkeit, sich zu erholen. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterfamilie war sehr freundlich und angenehm! Gerne kommen wir wieder!!!

Wunderschöner Ort, sehr gemütliche Wohnung

Vermieter hat uns herzlich empfangen, war jederzeit erreichbar für evtl. Rückfragen, Betten sehr bequem, in Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr gemütlicher Kamin, macht eine tolle Atmosphäre, kleine Terasse mit vier Stühlen und Grill, zu Fuß den Ort zu begutachten einfach nur herrlich mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht, viel Natur, kleine Bäche, Kühe und tolle Einkehrmöglichkeiten, für Familien mit Kindern absolut empfehlenswert, jederzeit gerne wieder

Sehr schön und ruhig. In der Küche alles was man braucht vorhanden. Nur die Pfanne ist schon etwas alt. Zur Skilift nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hoch.

Net huisje en dichtbij de piste

Een mooi en net huisje. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Het huisje was schoon en in goede staat. Het ligt vlak bij de piste, een stukje omhoog lopen.
