Attentive and helpful host , Swell. Great accommodation for our family of 6. Quiet, easy access to beach/pool, but still only a quick walk to the main pool/Oceans.

Wonderful rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was just as described. Excellent location. We would definitely rent there again. If I was hard pressed to find a fault it would be the water pressure in the master bathroom sink was terrible and the tv in the master is tiny. Other than that everything was perfect. We had a great stay.

The property itself was great! I highly suggest the Leeward building. It is much less crowded and the elevators take you straight down to the beach.The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of some check in issues with the host. We had been to Edgewater before so I knew I would need parking passes. I messaged the day before our stay to ask about passes. After a lot of back and forth they said to tell the parking guard that our parking passes would be in the condo. We checked in and our parking passes were not in the condo. I called and they assured me they would get the parking passes to us by the next morning. They did not. I had to contact them again to have them bring the passes right as our temporary passes were about to expire.We also realized we did not have the gate code to get down to the beach. The host had no idea there was a gate code needed to get to the beach. We checked in on Saturday at 4:00. They told me they would call the owner’s HOA “first thing Monday morning” and then get back to me with the code. I guess they expected us to just sit and look at the beach from our balcony for two days? I told them I needed it before Monday so I would just find someone who knew the code. Luckily, another guest gave us the code.I’m assuming/hoping this condo is decently new to this property management company and they are trying to work out the kinks because they had no idea what was going on. Overall, the condo itself was clean and well organized and fit our needs!
