Apt.. Seebrise - Cozy living just 500 meters from the natural beach
!!! The road through the town and therefore directly in front of the holiday park is currently being renovated, so there may be noise pollution from construction noise!!!
The cozy living area with a sofa bed for 1 person (140x190) has a cable TV/hi-fi, DVD player and balcony with garden furniture. The open, new EBK is equipped with a stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower/toilet. In the attic, accessible via a narrow, space-saving staircase, is the bedroom with a double bed for 2 people, which is separated from the stairs by a door.
We can provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge.
Parking space at the house.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the house for a fee. Approx. 400 m to the natural beach.
No pets! Non-smoking apartment!!!

Herausfordeung
Idyllische Lage der Fw. Besser mit Auto oder Fahrrad anreisen. Fw liegt im obersten Stockwerk und hat als Herausforderung für Ältere und nicht sportliche Gäste eine sehr steile Treppe, zum kleinen Schlafzimmer und Kleiderschrank. Die Ausrüstung der Fw ist iO, müßte jedoch auch im Exposè Ausdruck finden. Besonders die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Eine Reklamation von uns wurde sofort behoben. MfG Familie Krautwald

wir haben dieses Jahr zum dritten Mal bei Ihnen gebucht und waren, wie immer, sehr zufrieden! Die vier Sterne beim Wohlfühlfaktor kamen nur durch unsere eigene Schusseligkeit zustande, wir sind halt nicht mehr die Allerjüngsten und haben die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer vor lauter Begeisterung total verdrängt...(: Ansonsten war die Wohnung schnuckelig und gemütlich und die Aussicht ein Traum! Wir werden auch beim vierten Mal sehr gerne wieder bei Ihnen reservieren, lG aus Rheinhessen,

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Wir fanden sie sehr gemütlich. Schön war auch, dass Müllbeutel und Abwaschtuch und Spülertabs vorhanden waren. Die vergisst man schnell mal mitzubringen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft… die Vorhänge müffeln ein bisschen und ich bekomme das Oberlicht nicht zu…das einzigste was ich in ihrer Anzeige, im Internet, noch hinzufügen würde wäre ist die extrem steile Treppe… für ältere Personen ist diese nichts… ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen… die Insel Poel ist immer einen Ausflug Wert… wir sind schon dass 5. mal hier und kommen gerne wieder… Danke dass Sie sich immer soviel Mühe geben!
