The house was in a great location for us, as we were helping out our family that lives in area. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, and very family friendly. The host was very friendly and communicated well. Over all would recommend this to other guest and would consider staying here again.
This house was absolutely perfect for our weekend at the Cedar Point Sports Center. My daughter was playing in a weekend tournament there and we were able to find this little gem for about what we would have paid for the same stay in a hotel. My family prefers the comfort of a home over a hotel whenever possible and this home did not disappoint! We even had my daughter's team over for ice cream and a little team bonding in the little theater. 10 teenagers, 1 Little Sister and it still didn't feel crowded! While square footage suggests this house is smaller, it never felt cramped, and the layout makes it feel twice as big. It was about 6-8 minutes to the Sports Complex, and we could see Cedar Point from the beach access, so it isn't far from there, either. The only negative I would say is that the beach is not a beach in the sense that there is a section of sand. It is all rocks, but that isn't even really a negative to us, because we had a total blast sitting and climbing on the rocks, skipping stones and looking out over the water. The area is very clean, well kept and quiet. We absolutely loved it!The host is beyond gracious, too. He had all sorts of tips and local resources (all of which he has in a handy binder in the house- check it out!) for our stay. We really couldn't ask for a better host.Overall, we would highly recommend this house, and we are definitely keeping it at the top of our short list for future trips to the area!!

About the host

We love hosting and sharing our home with others to make lifelong memories. People do not realize how big Lake Erie is and it's such an amazing area.
What makes this property unique
Lake Access. Lake views from most parts of the house. Our street is not a public street, it's a private dead end road. We have 2 sister streets that we all share the Shoreline. We have a picnic table and bench, 2 sets of stairs into the lake. Being able to just sit out in the back yard and hear the water crashing on the rocks, seeing the kids swing with Lake Erie as the background, or fires with the cooler air off the lake.
