Downstairs: 20 m², stairs leading upstairs, bathroom 7 m², and bedroom 19 m². The holiday home is new and modern. Ground floor: You can dine in the cosy dining area, which features a comfortable sofa, a table, and two chairs. A sitting area with 2 sofas/sofa beds completes the ground floor. Take the stairs to the upper level. Here you’ll find the bathroom and a large bedroom. The spacious bedroom has two windows and is furnished with a double bed (160x200), a sleeper sofa, and a sofa. There is a hanging closet for clothes and a storage cabinet with drawers. A large smart TV with Netflix is available here. Next to the bedroom, the bathroom is wonderfully bright and features a modern, luxurious design, including underfloor heating, a spacious shower stall with a rain shower and handheld showerhead, bathroom cabinetry with two drawers, a mirror with LED lighting, a hair dryer, and a toilet. From every window, you’ll have a view of the forest, the dunes, or the green belt. There is free parking at the entrance to the house, and there’s also a small seating area in front of the house.
