Excellent location close to town and park. Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. And great off-season pricing. Perfect for our family's weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again.
There was no garage door opener which wasn't very convenient, had to pull out the car, go in and shut the garage and then go out the front door and lock it. Neither one of the tvs worked. The condo itself was fine, the location worked well for us.
This was our second time in your lovely home. The location is perfect. There is always a chance to see wildlife in the neighborhood! It was so fun to see the family of elk and a deer and her fawn. Can’t wait to come back!
This property was so cozy and lovely, perfect for our stay! The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the decor was beautiful! The cutest coffee shop is a 4 minute walk, a quick drive into RMNP or to the heart of Estes.
Decor and cleanliness great. We do have suggestions for owner. Fireplace wouldn’t go on. TV was hard to use. Could you leave instructions please. No garage door remote for car. Keypad outside would be great. Code on door is really long and hard to remember. Toaster needs replacing. Oven door doesn’t close completely

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much! Location is perfect for park and short drive into town. Was very spacious and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!
The property was spotless!! We were very pleased with all the accommodations during our limited stay. This location is very close to downtown area, but not for walking to due to the construction. There was plenty of space and great layout for our family of 4.
Lovely vacation rental conveniently located near RMNP
My family of four stayed here in June. We had plenty of space for the four of us. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The property is located near the Beaver Meadows RMNP entrance. It is within walking distance of a local coffee shop and not far from downtown. We had a wonderful time here and would absolutely would love to stay here again.
This home worked well for our family of 4! The kids had their own space on the lower level. The kitchen, dining, and living area was setup perfectly for us.
Great location and comfortable stay at Estes. We had everything we needed to live comfortably while we were in the Park and we saw wildlife every day we were there. Elk and Deer were a regular presence in the community and we even saw wild turkey. We were there a cooler time of year so no A/C was not a concern. We would definitely stay here again, beautiful property.

We passed your comments along to our local manager to review and we appreciate guests’ preferences as a means to continually improve. We look forward to hosting your next stay!
Property was roomy, a bit worn but would definitely stay here again. Gorgeous view from the large balcony. Umbrella was broken. But, location was great. Close to RMNP and Estes while out of the tourist traffic.

We loved everything about this beautiful home and would definitely stay here again! The amount of space, bedrooms, bathrooms all of the amenities including a deck with a grill and beautiful views, washer & dryer & full garage were utilized by us! Kitchen, dining & living room also were very comfortable, we felt very much at home! It was also very well stocked! This is an amazing quiet neighborhood and we loved that! Also loved the location, I was able to easily walk to downtown Estes and back! I highly recommend this property!
This condo was nice and clean. It is in a great location between Rocky Mtn Natl Park and downtown Estes Park. A couple of things was that the stove door didn't close tight and one of the coffee makers did not work. It would be nice to have some blinds on the upper windows of the loft. It was a great place and would stay again.
Enjoyed the house and stay but not the inconveniences of broken refrigerator icemaker, stove door not closing properly, broken toilet seat, toilet handles needed to be held down to flush, no tissues, no A/C, 7Mbps wifi speed, garage door opener chain dragging on garage door
We had a great time. We saw many many elk and mule tail deer. Had some light snow. Enjoyed several drives into Rocky Mountain national park. Did a short loop to Drake and Glen Haven. Had birthday lunch at Embers- very good. We hung out at the house in the evenings playing card games along with dominoes. Would return in the future.
