This property is very private, plenty of space between houses, quiet, serene, filled with wildlife and wildflowers. The house is clean, the host is responsive, the kitchen has all amenities and then some, and the hot tub is in great condition. I would recommend this property both to couples and families.

The pictures did not do this house justice. The house and rooms were all much more spacious than expected. The property sits in the perfect spot right in between downtown Estes and the National Park Entrance. Everything that was needed for the trip was provided. Loved it so much we booked it again.

Absolutely stunning home and property! We had an amazing time during our first and definitely not last stay at Estes Park. Hosts were more than accommodating and extremely easy to get ahold of, although we needed nothing because everything was perfect. Clean, well stocked kitchen, awesome hot tub views. Thanks for having us!

This home is even better than the pictures! Plenty of space, decorated with lots of local artist, so well put together! We loved every bit of it! The first night we had an elk friend on the patio and others up the street! Enjoyed the hot tub! Close to everything! Kitchen well stocked! This is a home of owners who care!! Celebrated my daughters graduation from high school and made great family memories!!

This house is amazing for a large family. We were happy about lots of extra cozy blankets, the air conditioning was very responsive, the hot tub was sparkling clean and the Temps adjust to individual preferences fast. The games were nice as the kids loved tic tac toe. We appreciated the crock pot, and seasonings supplied. The grill was easy to work. All beds and bedding was very comfortable and the entire neighborhood is so friendly. We had elk coming right up to us standing on the patio! The house was much more roomy than we expected and the various outdoor seating locations allow for endless relaxing. All kitchen items were very clean and well labeled. We all took the host gift of candy out on a hike to enjoy. Ample towels for a large family using both hot tub and showers. We love not having to start laundry before checkout. Thank you for this stay as we celebrated a weekend with our kids before 1 gets married next month and one heads off to college in 2 months...priceless family vacation.

Perfect Mountain Retreat

We had a perfect Thanksgiving weekend staying at this property. Our family of 8 had plenty of room to enjoy this beautifully decorated home. House was clean, kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed since we ate all our meals there. Wildlife, including elk, deer and wild turkeys paraded by daily and we experienced our first snow of the season. All in all, just a perfect family retreat.

Beautiful home, light maintenance needed.

Overall, the home and property was beautiful and cozy. Lots of wildlife to enjoy as well. Slightly disappointed with some of the maintenance issues that existed , such as hot tub that did not heat properly (unable to be enjoyed as anticipated, even after repair), broken closet door, broken bathroom trim, and bathroom sink that did not properly drain. Overall, a good experience. Would appreciate it if hot tub fee was refunded as that was the primary reason we chose this particular rental.

We are glad to see you enjoyed your stay despite some setbacks. It appears the hot tub had been put into sleep mode, shutting down the filters, which made the hot tub dirty. We had our repairman out within 30 minutes of your call to drain, refill, and reset the hot tub, but it takes 5+ hours for it to be ready to use again. We're sorry to see this caused you to miss out on this amenity. We ask that guests please not change the hot tub settings. The drain has been cleaned out, the closet door is repaired, and we will keep an eye out for any broken trim. Thank you!

Avoid all costs

This house is A safety hazard. There was disgusting, dangerous black mold by and in the dishwasher, layers of it. Management company finally came to clean it up Just before we were about to leave for home. The hot tub is permanently broken. The owners refused to fix it according to the company Contractors. A large sofa chair in the living room Was also broken and in a dangerous condition We are calling the Colorado Board of Health And the town of Estes Permit division requesting a suspension of the rental license until they can verify the safety property. We are seriously concerned that people might be harmed by staying here. We had no safe use Of the kitchen for our entire stay, most of our party moved out for fear of sickness from the black mold first night. We are requesting a full refund Beware And make sure your health insurance is up-to-date.

Nice house but hot tub does not work

We were traveling with 4 teenage boys for this trip. We have a hot tub at home so we gave the choice between a house with a hot tub or pool table. They chose a hot tub. I found this listing and read some reviews about the hot tub not working. Since it was a must on the list I emailed the listing agent and they assured me it was in working order. I should have listened to the reviews. We arrived on a Monday. The house is nice, well equipped and very convenient to RMNP. We opened the lid to the hot tub and was absolutely disgusted!!! It was FILTHY! I texted the agent and she said she would have someone come out and look at it. We found on the side of the hot tub that it had been “serviced” the day we were checking in. There is NO way anyone serviced this. Pretty sure they just signed the card and left. The guy was supposed to come out the next day and we got a text saying he was at the Doctor. So two days gone now. He finally arrived Wednesday and did some work on it. We had left to go hiking, came back and it looked better BUT.when we tried to turn the heat up it said basically the heater was out (can’t remember exactly the wording) .So the hot tub that we rented the house for was completely useless!!! We paid this much money for nothing, could have stayed somewhere else for A LOT cheaper that didn’t have one. If you’re looking for a house with a working hot tub for the nights after hiking all day this house is NOT for you.

Our stay at the Buckhead was great, we couldn't have asked for a better location. The home was stocked with everything we needed, and very clean. Check in/out was a breeze, and we were kept updated by text message throughout the stay. This is the perfect spot for easy access to RMNP.
