The bathrooms are equally well-appointed and designed for relaxation. The main level includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks, one full en-suite bathroom with a tub and dual sinks, plus one additional bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower-level bedroom features a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with luxury Public Goods amenities and plush towels for a comfortable, spa-like experience.

KITCHEN
The open-concept living area offers high ceilings and sweeping views of the Sierras. The kitchen and dining space are built for gathering and fully stocked with cookware, dishes, modern appliances, and dishwasher pods. A large dining table seats up to 12, with three additional seats at the kitchen bar—perfect for shared meals and relaxed entertaining.

LOUNGE SPACES
The home offers two distinct indoor lounge spaces, giving everyone room to relax and spread out. One is located on the main living level, with a second lounge in the lower-level game room.
The main living lounge features dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping mountain views, a large flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings indoors. A tucked-away reading nook near the fireplace is perfect for curling up with a good book or unwinding to your favorite vinyl on the Victrola record player.
The lower-level game room lounge is ideal for group hangouts and game nights, with mountain views, a big-screen TV, two arcade games, and a curated collection of board games for all ages.

OUTSIDE SPACE
While there’s no shortage of outdoor adventures nearby, the cabin also features a thoughtfully designed outdoor living space to enjoy on-site. The space is completed by a large outdoor dining table for memorable al fresco meals.
For added security, the property is equipped with exterior Ring cameras with audio recording. The cameras remain active during your stay and monitor the property entrances, front lawn, and parking area only. All cameras are positioned to respect guest privacy and do not record or have visibility into any interior spaces.

A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around the area. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are limited and may be unreliable, especially in the evenings. Most guests choose to drive to easily access Yosemite, dining, and local attractions.

ABOUT THIS SPACE

Step inside and the ceilings open up—soaring wood beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the Sierra Nevada laid out before you like a painting. The main living room anchors the experience: a wood-burning fireplace crackles on cool evenings, a large flat-screen TV faces plush seating, and a tucked-away reading nook with a Victrola record player invites anyone who needs a quieter corner. The architecture is the work of Mark Mills — every angle captures light and mountain views.

The kitchen is fully equipped and built for real cooking—new appliances, a large island with seating for three, and a dining table that seats 12. A dedicated coffee bar is stocked every morning. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ grill on the terrace handle dinner when you'd rather be outside.

Five bedrooms, all thoughtfully appointed. The primary suite has a king bed, walk-in shower with dual sinks, and a dedicated desk. One more king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and the twin XL bedroom (two beds, great for kids or adults) occupy the main level. Another king bedroom is adjacent to the lower-level game room. Every bathroom is stocked with Public Goods amenities and plush towels.

The lower-level game room is where groups find their groove: two arcade games, big-screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, a curated board game collection, and mountain views through the windows. It functions as a fully equipped second lounge — movie crowd upstairs, game crowd down below.

Outside: the terrace hot tub overlooks an unobstructed Sierra panorama, the fire pit seating area fits the whole group, and the game pit — cornhole, bocce, ladder golf — is set right against the views. A large outdoor dining table under string lights rounds it all out.

Amy's property is simply amazing. Not only is the view spectacular, the beds comfortable, the couch massive and cozy, and the ambiance impeccable, but I have never stayed in such a thoughtfully stocked rental. She has thought of everything, even down to a waterproof blanket and dog towels for the couch so our dogs could chill without any fear of making a mess. Every time we thought, "oh man, is there ___ here?", the answer was yes. Amy's communication is also top notch. We had questions about noise levels and extra pets, and she was brilliant about getting back to me. When we got in late and there was confusion about lockbox instructions, she responded *immediately*, and had someone out to fix the issue within about 15mins. (It ended up being my misunderstanding, if you rent the property, know the lockbox is *not* the one by the front door...sorry again Amy. Haha!)This is a lovely spot, owned by a stellar person. I look forward to returning someday. :)
