The home is beautiful - the layout is perfect for larger groups. We absolutely loved hanging out on the back patio overlooking the canal and thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool.

This is the most spectacular place we have ever rented. The house was spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully. The backyard is so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The host make our check-in so smooth and easy and responded to any inquiry we made immediately. We look forward to our next stay.

This home is incredibly spacious and well-equipped — perfect for our multigenerational family of 6. The pool was heated to just the right temperature, and when we weren't swimming, everyone tried their luck fishing from the dock or the pontoon boat. The BBQ and outdoor dining area made evenings feel special. The house had everything we needed; we barely wanted to leave! We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to any family looking for a truly relaxing getaway.

We had two families stay for a spring break vacation and the house was great. Everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook, nice extras like provided k-cups, basic toiletries in the bathrooms, comfortable beds, and the pool was fantastic. Located in a nice neighborhood, very close access to the highway, and a few minutes from Thunderbird Conservation Park for some nice hikes. After exploring around Phoenix, and making a trip up to Sedona, both families said this was an ideal location and great area and were very happy with our choice.

This was a great location. We loved the pontoon , pool and the view. It was very comfortable with homey decor. The host was quick to reply and was accommodating. The lower level could have used a king size bed. We would definitely recommend this stay.
