High-quality equipment, large terrace (300 sqm), pool heatable, wonderful panoramic sea view.
Two bedrooms with own shower / WC, separated by living and fully equipped kitchen,
Guest WC.
Miele washing machine and Miele dryer. Everything on one level.

The house is secured to the rear and laterally by high wall. Located on a very quiet street (no through traffic). Under the house is a closed garage with remote control.

55 inch Smart HD, SKY with sports package, German, Dutch
and Spanish TV reception,
Docking station for I-pod and I-Phone,
WIFI,
Nespresso machine, with 20 cups
