Beautifully renovated second-floor condo at Ocean Edge Resort.

This fully renovated one-bedroom apartment at Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster provides a cozy and inviting retreat. The bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, complemented by a sleeper sofa in the living area, creating an ideal space for relaxation after a day of activities. Equipped with heating and air conditioning, the property stays warm and welcoming throughout the year.
The modern bathroom includes a refreshing shower, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a hairdryer, a handheld steamer, and a first-aid kit.
All appliances, furniture, linens, bedspreads, towels, and the fully equipped kitchen are new. In addition to a coffee maker, coffee, and a selection of teas, we supply bottled water and essential kitchen supplies, such as sugar, oil, pasta, and seasonings.
Parking is available for one vehicle right outside the building, with additional options nearby across the street. The corner unit offers added privacy and convenience with a side-door entrance.

While we do not offer pool access, we provide beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for enjoying Brewster’s ocean and freshwater beaches. From June 15 through Labor Day Sunday, we reimburse guests for the purchase of beach parking permits for Brewster’s beaches and ponds. Nickerson State Park is easily accessible by car, bike, or foot. Ocean Edge amenities include a basketball court, sand volleyball, bike rentals, kayaking, outdoor dining, and more. Indoor options for relaxation include a smart TV, books, magazines, and board games.
In addition to offering a beautifully renovated and well-maintained space, we focus on cleanliness, comfort, and excellent condition. We personally clean and inspect the property after every stay.
We are happy to assist in making sure your visit is enjoyable and comfortable, and we will respond to any questions within 15 minutes.

This place is a gem and just as lovely in person as advertised and pictured! Immaculately clean, modern, and well stocked (we especially appreciated the bottled water and coffee). The unit is bright and inviting, the bed extremely comfortable, and great AC throughout. The host is very responsive for any questions and we would love to stay here again!

The property was very clean and well designed. It appears to me that everything in the condo was new. The mattress was very comfortable! I appreciate the various cold water bottles waiting in the fridge for us when we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet with well maintained landscape. The host was quick to respond to questions. Charming apartment with a great location. Every thing was just as promised. A few hiccups but the host was super responsive. As one of the other reviews mentioned, take a screenshot of the door code and WiFi before you arrive. Cell service is nonexistent. Highly recommend. I hope to stay here again!

Fabulous Stay - One of the Best at Ocean Edge! My dad owns a condo at Ocean Edge, so we have stayed in a lot of different units over the years when extra family visits. This one is, without a doubt, one of the absolute nicest. The space was recently renovated and is beautiful. Between the high-end sheets and towels, the premium toiletries, and the complimentary coffee, it truly felt like staying in a luxury hotel. Plus, the hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with.Pro-Tip for Future Guests:Cell service can be quite spotty! Make sure to screenshot your door code and Wi-Fi password before you arrive, as you likely won't be able to load the VRBO app to get that info when you first pull up. Highly recommend this gem - we would absolutely stay here again!
