the people before us didnt realy clean the house and probably had a dog. Dog hair everywhere! Further, there were mice in the kitchen! The TV remote did not work. Screws laying around on the terrace which was dangerous for our little kids.

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terrasse ist Renovierungsbedürftig. Der Pool war super. Auch die Küche und die Ausstattung war Prima es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es hat uns gut gefallen dort.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und man hat seine Privatsphäre. Was man ändern könnte, ist der Fußboden auf der Terrasse dieser wird sehr,sehr heiß wenn sie Sonne sehr stark scheint und dieser ist sehr wackelig. Die 3 Terassen könnten eine reinigung gebrauchen .Der Pool ist super....

Sehr gut mit Abstrichen

Pro: hervorragende Lage im Grünen, sehr ruhig, man kann sehr gut auch einfach mal einen Tag dort verbringen und sich entspannen, gemütlich, gut ausgestattet Contra: die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Wie die Heizung / Klima zu bedienen ist muss man raten und die Bilder sind zwar grundsätzlich übereinstimmend geben aber nicht den korrekten Zustand oder Ausstattung/ Möblierung des Hauses an. Will sagen: der Schein ist besser als das Sein. Was uns jetzt allerdings nicht sonderlich störte. Das Bad ist klein, wenig Platz. Insgesamt ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zum Pool: da keine Saison war konnte der nicht benutzt werden, insofern kann nichts dazu gesagt werden. Dies war aber auch klar kommuniziert worden. Aber es ist nicht so einer wie abgebildet, im Boden versenkt, sondern in voller Höhe auf der Terrasse stehend, was den räumlichen Eindruck erheblich verändert.
