We had a wonderful stay in Waakirchen. The listing was spot on and the host was extremely nice and also very accommodating when our trip was delayed by one day due to the airline canceling our flight and we couldn’t fly out until the next day.

It was perfect!

Very nice stay. The apartment was great; everything available. The location is quiet however restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. The hosts are very kind and involved. We get absolutely welcome and had an amazing stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Waakirchen. Von Frau Fellmann wurden wir sehr lieb begrüßt und in die Wohnung eingewiesen.Die sehr saubere Wohnung in der ruhigen Wohngegend ist gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Betten mit guten Matratzen, auf denen wir sehr gut geschlafen haben.Das Wohnzimmer mit der großen Polstergarnitur lädt zum Verweilen ein. Durch vielfältiges touristisches Informationsmaterial zu Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung wurden wir auf Sehenswürdigkeiten aufmerksam, die wir zunächst nicht eingeplant hatten.Sogar eine aktuelle Fernsehzeitung lag für uns bereit.Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, genügend Geschirr, um die Spülmaschine sinnvoll zu nutzen. Der Backofen wir durch eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion ausreichend ersetzt. Eine Filterkaffeemaschine und eine Kapselkaffeemaschine sind vorhanden, ebenso wie auch ein Toaster und ein Wasserkocher.Besonders schön ist das morgendliche Frühstück auf dem sonnigen Balkon.Im Bad wird man mit einer Regendusche verwöhnt. Insgesamt eine wirklich sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die zentral zu verschiedenen Zielen wie Tegernsee, Schliersee, Bad Tölz Rosenheim, Chiemsee und auch München liegt (mit dem Auto nach Holzkirchen und mit der S3 von dort aus bis zum Marienplatz).Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Obwohl wir unsere Gastgeber leider nicht persönlich getroffen haben, haben wir persönlichen Kontakt gehabt. Dieser war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet, mit allen Geräten, was man sich nur denken kann. Auch sehr sauber.Man muss sie unbedingt weiter empfehlen.Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, werden wir sie wieder buchen.

Gemütlicher Ort mit 3 schönen Lokalen. Bad Tölz, Tegernsee, Schliersee in Kürze zu erreichen. Tolle Gastgeber. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gastgeber hatten tolle Tipps für uns, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Wohnung total gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet (lediglich ein Backofen fehlt, was aber für uns unproblematisch war). Der Balkon ist - insbesondere zum Frühstücken - einfach großartig. Aber wir haben auch abends eine schöne Zeit dort verbracht.

Es war ein angenehmer Urlaub in einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Von Waakirchen aus ist man schnell am Tegernsee und der umliegenden Region. Allerdings sollte erwähnt werden, dass die Wohnung u. E. nicht geeignet ist für Personen mit Gehbehinderung, weil 12 Stufen einer Außentreppe in die Wohnung führen. Zur Wohnung gehört kein Parkplatz.
