Great finca with great service

Pros: We enjoyed our holiday in the finca very much. The house was clean and everything as described. Especially the support from Karren was great and very helpful. We would choose the house for a holiday again. Cons: The towels were not so clean and some of them had holes.

Great House with some possibilities to improve

We went as a group of 7 people and the size of the house was perfect! (Although we only were outside due to the great weather). The baths and the pool is amazing. However, the dinnerware wasn’t really clean maybe due to the dishwasher, that wasn’t working properly. We cleaned them by hand so it wasn’t that big of a problem but it would have been nice to have one. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend the house! The communication was smooth and easy.

Pros: Het was een heerlijk huis met fijn zwembad, op een rustige locatie. Cons: De stoelen maakten wel wat herrie met het verschuiven, een stukje vilt onder de poten zou beter zijn.

Großzügiges Haus mit einem tollen Pool als Highlight

Pros: Das Haus hat uns in Summe gut gefallen. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind ausreichend, die Ausstattung ebenfalls, wenn auch teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber für ein Ferienhaus völlig in Ordnung. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden, einsatzbereit und größtenteils sauber. Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight und wurde täglich, teils stundenlang, von uns genutzt. Für Gruppen und/oder Familien ist das Haus gut geeignet. Es wurden Handtücher fürs Badezimmer, aber auch für die Poolbenutzung bereit gestellt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist recht gut. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann ein paar Restaurants („Brisa“ ist zu empfehlen), das Meer (Felsküste) und kleine Spar-Märkte gut fußläufig erreichen. Für andere Ziele (zB Lidl in Campos, Strand Es Trenc, Colonia de Sant Jordi,…) ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Ein Ausflug ab Colonia de Sant Jordi zur Insel Cabrera (mit blauer Grotte) ist absolut empfehlenswert! Cons: Durch die fehlende Klimaanlage und nicht vorhandener Insektenschutzgitter, haben sich vor Allem zur Abenddämmerung fast täglich große Schaben in Schlafzimmer, Bäder und sogar in ein Bett verirrt. Als regelmäßiges Abendritual entstand somit ungewollt eine Schabenjagd mit Insektenspray. Das war dann doch sehr unangenehm und hat einen Wermutstropfen hinterlassen. Man mochte daher die Fenster zwecks Lüftung nicht mehr öffnen, sodass man auch nachts bei Hitze im Schlafzimmer doch sehr zu leiden hatte. Die vorhandenen Deckenventilatoren haben da leider kaum Abhilfe geschaffen.

Familien mit Kleinkindern empfehle ich diese Unterkunft nicht.

Pros: Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr freundlich und gemütlich eingerichtet! Besonders draußen konnte man die Terrasse und den Poolbereich sehr gut nutzen! Die einzelnen Schlafräume und Badezimmer waren sauber und groß genug, um diese mit zwei Personen zu nutzen. Die Küchenausstattung war ebenfalls gut. Besonders der große Kühlschrank mit dem Gefrierfach überzeugt! Cons: Die Lage zum Strand war ungünstig. Man sollte sich ein Fahrrad oder einen Leihwagen mieten, um schnell und einfach zu Strand zu gelangen. Auch der Einkauf kann dann problemlos mit dem Auto getätigt werden. Leider war der Backofen undicht und die Griffe außen wurden bei Benutzung sehr heiß. Leider war das Besteck nicht ganz sauber als wir angekommen sind. Aber da erledigt die Spülmaschine die ganze Arbeit!
