Communication with primary contact terrible. No acknowledgment of a move in delay until after the unit was fully completed and stocked 3 hours later. Repeated requests for missing items such as coffee mugs or dish soap never addressed. Unit wasn’t ready on time but cleaner did a great job making everything look and feel new for us.
