Welcome to your perfect family getaway! This spacious two-story home comfortably accommodates 10, but can sleep additional peeps (extra fee) on two sleep couches. A massive great downstairs living room featuring modular couches that convert into extra “sleep” space for two, and another extra sleep couch located in the game room on the second floor.

Kids and adults will love the dedicated “Stay & Play” game room with a gigantic wall-mounted TV, ping-pong and pool table, board games under the seats, and a mini fridge.

Chill in our dedicated outdoor patio lounge! Propane gas BBQ grill with grill utensils, string lights, and plenty of seating. As our guests say, this is "your home away from home" - a warm, inviting, new, clean, and thoughtfully designed space - for groups and families who want both play and relaxation.

Brushy Creek Dog Park
This dog park has two separate parks, one for large dogs and the other for small dogs. Additionally, there is a splashpad area for the dogs! Humans love it too :) The dog park has its own access to the creek, where the dogs love to jump in, and plenty of shade for you to relax in.

Hutto Lake Park
A scenic local park with walking trails around the lake, peaceful views, and family-friendly green space.
