Two thoughtfully appointed guest bedrooms provide plenty of comfort for additional travelers. One offers a cozy queen bed, while the other includes two twin beds—both equipped with smart TVs for easy entertainment. These rooms share a convenient hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Located just moments from Harbor Island's pristine beaches, nature trails, and exclusive amenities including pools, tennis courts, and a fitness center.

This home has access to two pools. Nautical Watch's private pool and the Harbor Island pool. Pools are seasonal - open from April 1 - October 31st.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

Vista Del Mare is a dog-friendly property, and we are happy to accommodate responsible pet owners who wish to travel with their dogs.
To preserve the condition of our home and ensure a positive experience for all guests, the following policies apply:
Approved Animals
Dogs only. No other animals are permitted. Maximum of 2 dogs. Maximum weight of 50 lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. All dogs must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per stay. This fee covers additional cleaning associated with dog occupancy but does not cover damage.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass.
The current rates are for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00.
