Spacious home on Chincoteague Island, will house the whole gang in comfort. Dog friendly home with fenced in back yard and two dog kennels. Walking distance to Maddox Blvd, shopping and Restaurants. Nice back deck and 5-minute drive to the beach.Well equipped kitchen with large dining table. DOG FRIENDLY ONLY ! NO SMOKING.
There is an additional $ 75 per pet fee for any dog.

Please ask about our cancelation policy. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather). k, 3 Doubles.

The house itself was ok. The small bathroom could use some TLC. The outside lawn, trees, bushes and weeds were very over grown. My mother uses a walker and we had to hold branches for her to pass. The backyard was mostly dirt and the over growth from behind the property was growing into the yard. The first kennel wasn't usable because the trees had grown through it. The listing said there was a grill, and there wasn't. Harbour confirmed the property had linens but it didn't. They also ask you to wipe down, sweep and vacuum before you leave. This was definitely not done prior to our arrival. I've stayed in other VRBOs and never had to vacuum. I will say when I called they were very responsive and even brought over a charcoal grill for us.

Another fun time in Chincoteague

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house. Big enough to have the grown kids and their families join us. Cute grandma core beach decor, clean and thank goodness the air conditioning worked well. Nice quiet location, but close to everything.
