Room was clean, no coffee maker or kettle available if you can’t live without your morning coffee.While it is an independent lockable suite there are other rooms being rented out in home.It was quiet but there was some noise early in the morning from the main floor kitchen during the posted quiet times, so was awoken about 06:00.Location was ideal for my purpose.

A very large studio space in premium property surrounded by other very nice homes. The house seemed to be split into multiple different dwellings spaces which did lead to residual noise as people moved around. This unit was semi basement and we were often exposed to legs waking past next door. Bed and bath washer were all very good although the later had restrictions placed on its use after we had booked. A comfortable chair plus a few more kitchen utensils would have made our stay just that much better. If all this sounds petty? We received over 90 same and different instructions on what to do, not to do and what was expected of us during our stay The people who seemed to be running the house tried very hard and helped us over issues but had very limited English Having said all this it’s value for money and worthy of consideration
