Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The pictures of the condo is very misleading. Everything looks clean and new in the listing which is far from accurate. The keypad outside was difficult to use and we had to key in the code multiple times before it would unlock or lock. Once in the condo you needed to bolt the door to keep it shut. All chairs in dining area had stains all over them. Master shower drain was clogged so when you shower you also take a bath. The master bedroom only has a deadbolt, not a doorknob so the only way to close the door was to bolt it. The secondary bedroom boxspring was a different size than the mattress and the boxspring had large stains on the side of it. The walls were poorly patched all over the condo. And the icing on the cake were the individuals who were above us sounded like they were having track practice every night between 4-11.Lastly; the communication was nonexistent. We had to reach out to Vrbo directly to have them make outreach on the day we arrived as we were not given check-in details even after messaging multiple times and texting.
