FH 160 m², up to 6 people, 3 double bedrooms, single bed, travel cot. The ground floor is accessible with a walker and wheelchair; wheelchair ramps are available at the entrance and on the patio; access to the lake is possible with a wheelchair and walker.

Our holiday home is situated on a 5,000 m² property featuring a 3,500 m² private swimming lake and approximately 1,400 m² of lawn in a quiet location directly behind the Elbe River dike. The very cosy and comfortably furnished holiday home #OaSee features a spacious, bright living room with a fireplace and a large dining room. In the evening, you can relax comfortably in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine.

The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area. Adjacent to it is an utility room with a washing machine and a second refrigerator. A spacious bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the upper floor offers a wonderful view over the dike, and you can see the large ships in the Elbe estuary.

The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One overlooks the lake, the other the dike. Both rooms share one bathroom and one guest bathroom.

Guests of all ages can unwind and pass the time with sports and fun. The various terraces with patio furniture invite you to relax. In the summer, you can take a refreshing dip in the beautiful swimming lake or
go for a rowing trip on the lake in the property’s own boat. A pedal boat is also available. Be your own captain. And for sports and fun, there’s 1 stand-up paddleboard and a surfboard available. Here you can soak up the sun all day and enjoy the mild climate.
When using the pedal boat and paddleboards, life jackets are provided, as the water depth reaches up to 16 metres.
The property is fenced, so you can let your dog(s) run around freely.
Our holiday home is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, clothes drying rack, iron, colour TV with DVD player, stereo system with CD player, etc. Every guest room is equipped with a TV, as is the living room.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Bicycles (no e-bikes) are available to you free of charge.
There are fishing ponds nearby where you can try your luck at fishing with a day pass.
For guests with electric cars, there are charging stations in the area.
