We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Relaxing was the keyword for us and the views from almost all rooms in the house and the garden was soothing for an overactive mind. We stayed four persons and a little dog with plenty of room for enjoying life together or having necessary personal space. It is in the countryside, so the cows do make noices and so does the nearby farm every now and then, but to us that was just part of living in the countryside and as someone once said... nothing is better than seeing other people working..., though not entirely correct, it is a reminder that I am on vacation and can relax. When sitting outside, we never felt disturbed. The dog enjoyed the nearby beach for dogs at the Elb and mercifully allowed us along to it. The house is fully equipped, We have not been anywhere where kitchen(s) were so well equipped. The nearby area and small towns also have lots of opportunities for take-away or dining if you don't want to cook your self. Check-in worked well, the host called us briefly before we started travelling and upon arrival we called the host and was easily walked through checkin and necessary information. When arriving it was nice that there already were necessities as hand-soap, dish soap, tabs for dishwasher, plenty of towels and linen - and washing machine and dryer and lots of stuff for the dog...Thank you so much or a wonderful stayWe would like to recommend seeing Stade, Bremen and Helgoland all great experiences!
