This home is pet friendly and there is a $350 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
LINENS: leave all towels, bedding unwashed and on the beds. Housekeeping brings in fresh linens for each reservation.
Clean the grill if you used it (If Applicable).
PETS: If you have a pet, please pick up all the waste. *Any left waste will be charged a $150 fee.
DAMAGE: please report any damage or repairs needed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
