Loved the home it felt old Hollywood from the real fire places to the separate rooms and rock showers especially the back yard you were surrounded by beautiful fruit trees and tuns of plantsit was a fairies hideaway said my grandkids and the big kids said it is so relaxing. the pool and hot tub you have to come see for your self’s It did not disappoint

We absolutely loved our stay here in LA! It was very conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do. And when we weren't flitting about LA, we were able to enjoy the tranquil backyard oasis! The pool and hot tub were amazing and it was so cool to have fruit and avocado trees right on the property! Chad was an awesome host who answers all your questions before you ever have to ask them; everything is clearly labeled and explained, which made the whole process so smooth. We would highly recommend this gem in LA!

We enjoyed a great stay at this Valley Village property. Communication from the host was first class at all stages. The house itself is well presented and lots of thought has gone into it to ensure that you know where all items are (remote controls, hairdryer, washing machines) etc with lots of easy to follow helpful instructions.Chad (the owner) really cares about your rental experience and is on hand should need ariseThe house pool and gardens were lovely. Location great for Northern LA attractions such as Universal, Warner, Hollywood, Bev Hills. Walking distance to a lovely new shopping area too. Couldn't fault it. Brilliant

What an amazing experience. Host was super responsive and property was beautiful and well kept. We had a flight cancellation and had to stay a few extra days and the host was so understanding and made those days so much less stressful. Could not recommend enough!

The home is so charming! We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were two highlights along with the fruit trees lining the backyard. It feels like a little oasis. The temperature of the home is easily adjustable and the bedroom upstairs has its own unit. It gets hot in the valley even during our stay in March so that was key. Would definitely stay again!

This property was the perfect location for an after-dinner birthday nearby. Warm, spacious, & accommodating, with a magically enchanting backyard (you can even forage for ripe fruit). All 3 bedrooms are great.. but the upstairs room may be the most charming.Chad [host] was extremely attentive, thorough, and receptive to feedback.All in all, two glorious days in a gloriously equipped home. Highly recommend.

We had such a great stay at this NoHo home! The size of the house was absolutely perfect—spacious enough to feel comfortable but still cozy and inviting. The backyard was a standout for us; it had such a peaceful, zen vibe that made it the perfect place to unwind.We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub—both were clean, well-maintained, and added so much to our experience. Having access to a washer and dryer was also a huge plus and made our stay even more convenient.The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed while still feeling like a relaxing retreat. We also loved how easy the app made everything easy for us with the pool and hot tub. Overall, this place checked all the boxes for us. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
