Perfect and clean. A few blocks off the action, so quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to a couple of restaurants and the river. Coffee maker was not what we saw in the photos and Candice replaced with brand new one. Beds were comfy and linens were nice. We were three couples with no kids, so one of us had to sleep in twin beds but otherwise rental was terrific.
