No smoking allowed, $1000 Fee for breaking this rule, owner is severely allergic to chemicals and smoke. Dispose of any smoking debris outside.
Failure to disclose any animal (including service) ahead of time will result in extra cleaning fees and the $500 fee due to Owner allergies.
