Cited by many as “America’s Most Beautiful Village,” East Hampton is the quintessential upscale seaside resort. The appeal is apparent from even the briefest of glimpses down Main Street—from the postcard-pretty Town Pond to the west, to the iconic Hook Windmill at the village’s eastern leaving. Add in the ocean to the south and it’s easy to see why this place is a boon for artists, writers, and other creative souls.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $200/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $10,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



A complimentary light weekly touch-up clean is included in the rate.









Security deposit



A refundable credit card hold of $5,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
