Comfort and Quality Guest Guide
Welcome and Guest Policies
Access to the property and its amenities is limited to guests identified on the reservation, unless prior authorization has been obtained. The nightly rate includes accommodation for up to four guests; an additional fee of $60 per guest, per night applies thereafter. The booking guest is responsible for all charges associated with undisclosed guests, and any unauthorized guest may be required to leave the property.
No pet shall be permitted on the property without prior approval. A fee of $125 shall apply to each pet. The booking guest must disclose every pet before commencement of the stay and shall remain responsible for compliance with all applicable pet guidelines throughout the occupancy. Any undisclosed pet shall be subject to the applicable fee and may be required to be removed from the property.
Quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m. Please avoid parties, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.

Pool Rules
• No lifeguard is on duty.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult within the fenced pool area.
• Only registered guests may use the pool unless advance authorization has been granted.
• Do not stand on or jump from the ladder.
• Do not hang from the sides of the pool.
• Hang towels to dry after use.
• No glass or smoking is permitted in the pool.
• Please take all belongings and trash with you when you leave the pool area. A garbage can is located outside the gate.
• Smoking is allowed in the pool area; dispose of cigarette waste.
• Never swim alone.
• The pool is safe only when everyone follows the rules.
Attached Private Residence
A solid wood door separates the attached private residence from the guest accommodation, providing security and privacy for both spaces.
Pet Guidelines
During Your Stay
• Pets may be left alone only if they are crate-trained and do not bark excessively.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or upstairs.
• A pet gate is provided.
Exercise and Outdoor Areas
1. Yard access: Pets are not allowed in the backyard. They may use the front and side yards while on a leash. Please pick up after your pet and place waste in the trash can on the southeast side of the front door.
2. Walking: Walk north on Raymond Street to Parish Park, which is suitable for pets.
3. Dog park: A dog park is approximately seven miles east in the Town of Milliken via Highway 60.
Guest and Pet Authorization
Obtain advance authorization for all additional daytime guests. Overnight guests must be registered, and the applicable additional guest fee must be paid. All pets must also be authorized in advance; otherwise, an additional charge will be applied to the reservation. The pet fee is $125 per pet.

Heating and Air-Conditioning Instructions
Air Conditioning
Use the mini-split systems for air conditioning during the summer only; do not use them for heating. Set the remote no lower than 70°F and select cooling mode, shown by the snowflake icon. Please do not change these settings.
Heating
To turn on the heating system, contact the host at 970-396-7680.
• The thermostat beside the refrigerator controls the west side of the property, including the north-side tenant area.
• The upstairs thermostat controls the upstairs area only.
• The north-side tenants control the thermostat serving the east-side bedrooms. If the temperature
