This terrific 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is the perfect spot for exploring Northern Colorado. As an experienced host, I've put a great deal of thought into making sure this is the best listing in town, and I'm convinced you'll agree. Comfortable, and well-equipped, with luxury touches like down comforters, and crisp, cool 100% cotton sheets, and Suprise-and-delight features like the record player and records, tap to connect WIFI, a kitchen full of tools to actually cook, and a sweet little liquor station complete with a cocktail recipe book. The 6-person hot tub, firepit, outdoor dining area, twinkling cafe lights and deck with grill and table for al fresco dining are icing on the cake. This is the place to stay - book your getaway in Loveland and see what the Sweetheart City has to offer.
No smoking of any kind inside the house. Outside is ok, but please clean up after yourself. No illegal drug use. Per city ordinance, quiet time 10pm-8am.
