Just five blocks from Snow Summit and a short drive to The Village, Big Bear Splash is a spacious, family-friendly mountain retreat built around its own private indoor heated pool. The home features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing ample space for large groups. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing group meals. Guests can enjoy the dedicated game room, which includes a pool table, ping pong, and foosball. Outside, the property offers a large fenced yard, a hot tub, and outdoor seating. The sleeping arrangements include a variety of bed configurations across five private bedrooms to ensure comfort for all guests. Parking is generous, with space for up to five vehicles on the premises.



Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to this entire single level home, ensuring a completely secluded experience with no shared spaces. During your stay, you are welcome to enjoy our extensive private amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, the relaxing outdoor hot tub, and the outdoor BBQ area perfect for al fresco dining. For entertainment, you have exclusive use of the pickleball and basketball court, a dedicated game room, and two cozy indoor fireplaces. High speed wireless internet is provided throughout the property to keep you connected while you enjoy your mountain getaway.

Nestled on a spacious half-acre lot, our home provides a peaceful retreat while keeping you just minutes away from the vibrant heart of the city. You will find an array of charming restaurants and local shops within a short drive, making it easy to enjoy the best of Big Bear. For outdoor enthusiasts, the scenic Towne Trail is located nearby, offering a beautiful path that winds through the woods with stunning views of the lake and the north shore. Whether you are looking to hit the slopes, explore local hiking trails, or simply enjoy a day of shopping and dining in the village, our location serves as the perfect home base for your mountain getaway.



Getting Around:

Snow Summit is located just 0.4 to 0.5 miles away, allowing for a quick drive to the slopes. For those heading to Bear Mountain, it is a quick 8 to 10 minute drive. You will find essential services including grocery stores like Vons and Stater Bros, a CVS pharmacy, and various restaurants within one mile of the property. The Village, which offers a wider selection of dining, shopping, and entertainment, is approximately a 4 minute drive from the house. We provide free parking on the premises for your convenience, and we recommend having a vehicle to best explore the surrounding mountain area.



Other Things to Note:

Important House Rules and Information. Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. All guests must be at least 21 years old to book. A valid government issued ID is required for all guests prior to access. Guests must complete and sign the City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy before arrival to receive check in instructions. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please note that pets are allowed but additional charges may apply. There is a pool heating fee of $85 per night. The property features a maximum occupancy limit which must be respected at all times. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles on the premises and street parking is not permitted. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in reservation cancellation without refund.
