Vacation apartment in Billafingen, away from the tourist crowds but not far from Lake Constance

Our holiday rental is located in Billafingen, a area of Owingen. It’s on the ground floor and isn’t very bright, but it stays pleasantly cool in the summer. From the small terrace, you can look out over the village and enjoy the fresh country air. Our holiday rental is the ideal starting point for exploring the Lake Constance region (9 km to Überlingen)—and then, away from the tourist crowds, back in the countryside, to unwind and relax.

The Accommodation
The apartment features a private entrance off the small terrace, a living-dining area with a kitchen (2-burner stove) and a sleeper sofa, as well as a washing machine (in the hallway). A bunk bed for 2 people (preferably children) is located in the hallway. The bedroom features a double bed (140), a chest of drawers, and a large window. The bathroom is brand new and equipped with a shower and toilet.
Please note: Since the house has been completely renovated and a new wing has been added, it still has a bit of a construction site feel in some areas.
The apartment is suitable for 4 people. If needed, it can also accommodate up to 5 people (for example, a family with children who sleep on the pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room—by request only). A travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request at no extra charge. The price includes 4 people.
Only one parking space is available per apartment. The assigned parking space for the apartment is located below, directly in front of the garage. The apartment itself is accessible via a few steps. You are welcome to drive up the steep driveway to unload your luggage. If you are arriving with multiple cars, you must park them on your own in public parking spaces in town.
