Top renovated townhouse with pool and sea access
The terraced house Alegre is located in the beautiful complex Levante and was completely renovated and furnished in spring 2020. The Levante complex is located approx. 500 m outside Armação de P êra, directly on the cliffs with a fantastic view of the Atlantic. The ground floor has a large living/dining room with direct access to the terrace and garden, also a small kitchen and 1 bathroom.
The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a large balcony with sea view. The bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning.
Like all our holiday accommodations it has SAT-TV ( German speaking channels ) and MEO TV ( 90 Portuguese channels , series and movies partly in English original language ) and free internet.
From your roof terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, you have a breathtaking view of the sea.
The complex offers a communal pool with children's pool.
The terraced house comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 6 people.
From 1 January 2023 the weekly rates include 1 intermediate cleaning per week. ( minimum booking 1 week )
You can reach the pedestrian zone and the beach promenade of Armação de Pêra in 10 minutes on foot, where a variety of different shops, restaurants and bars invite you to shop and dine.
