Villa Sunset is a cozy and bright property, perfect for those seeking tranquility, comfort, and sea views during a holiday in the Algarve.



The living and dining area is spacious, designed for moments of relaxation and socializing, with direct access to a large terrace where you can enjoy meals outdoors while taking in views of the sea and surrounding hills. On this floor, there is also a guest bathroom.



The three bedrooms are located on the lower level. One bedroom features a double bed with an en suite bathroom, another has two single beds with an en suite bathroom, and the third is a double room. All bedrooms have direct access to the outside, providing a convenient connection to the garden and pool.



The kitchen is fully equipped, functional, and suitable for preparing meals comfortably during your stay.



Outside, the property offers a well-kept garden and a private pool, which can be heated at an additional cost. This area includes sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the Algarve climate.



Situated in a quiet residential area, Villa Sunset is close to beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and bars, making it an excellent base to explore Carvoeiro and the surrounding region.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests

The 7th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
