We chose Apartment Pasha as a convenient base for day trips to Mainz, Rüdesheim, Trier, Sankt Goar, and Bacharach during our four-day stay, and it worked very well for that purpose. The location was especially useful when taking the Rhine ferries, which made destinations west of the river much more direct than driving to the nearest bridge. Parking was easy, and good shops and excellent restaurants were only a few minutes away.The host provided generous snacks in the refrigerator, and the kitchen was very nicely appointed. The apartment also has some fun features, especially the top-floor sunroom with three-color ambient lighting, which gives the space a lively, social feel.The main drawback was the heat. Although the owners provided two good fans for the bedrooms, it was hard to get air circulating because many of the “windows” are full-length doors, so they cannot easily be left cracked open. The listing describes the apartment as air conditioned, but the cooling consists of two window units in the sunroom, which did not keep that room cool during the day and did not help the bedrooms at all. As a result, the bedrooms were quite stuffy.The layout is also worth noting: the smaller bedroom and bathroom are accessible only by passing through the larger bedroom, which may be awkward for guests who are not close family. Overall, the apartment was convenient, well equipped, and thoughtfully hosted, but summer heat and layout limitations are important considerations.

Super schicke Ferienwohnung, modern ausgestattete Küche mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Die obere Etage ist sehr großzügig gestaltet sehr Lichtdurchflutet. Den Einwand der hohen Temperaturen einer vorherigen Mieterin können wir nicht nach voll ziehen, da die obere Etage mit Klimageräten ausgestattet ist, es war selbst bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur noch angenehm kühl. Die Terrasse ist riesig und man kann da wunderbar relaxen. Das Bad ist großzügig gestaltet und die Dusche ist top. Eine Ferienwohnung in der man sich wohl fühlen kann. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Der Kontakt und die Schlüsselübergabe klappte reibungslos und es wurde uns alles erklärt und in Notfällen war immer ein Ansprechpartner da.

Leider keine Privatsphäre in allen Schlafräumen

Wir hatten die Wohnung Pascha gebucht für 4 Erwachsene. Leider fanden wir bei unsere Ankunft zwar zwei Schlafzimmer vor. Aber die Schlafzimmer waren nicht separat zugänglich. Wollte man in das zweite Schlafzimmer, musste man durch das erste Schlafzimmer durchgehen. Genauso war der Weg ins Bad. Auch hier musste man immer durch das erste Schlafzimmer durchgehen. Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern geeignet, aber nicht für 4 Erwachsenen, die alle Ihre eigenen Privatsphäre in den Schlafräumen wünschen. Das Studio entsprach auch nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Durch die vielen Fenster an allen Seiten, heizt sich der Raum durch die Sonneneinstrahlung extrem auf. Leider gibt es an den Dachschrägen Fenstern nicht eine einzige Beschattung. Das Haus liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße. Ab 6 Uhr Morgens fährt der Bus vorbei und es ist sehr starker Verkehr durch Autos. Eigentlich sollte dort eine 30 Zone sein, nur leider halten sich die Wenigsten daran. Daher ist an ein Ausschlafen nicht zu denken. Wir würden dieser Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen.

gegendarstellung des vermieters : viele hier aufgeführte punkte entsprechen nicht! den tatsachen. die beiden schlafzimmer haben getrennte zugänge zum bad. der mieter hatte pkw mit grossem, geschlossenen anhänger und 2 motorräder dabei. das parken wurde grosszügigerweise auf dem grossen, eingezäunten hof gestattet. das studio verfügt über 2 klimaanlagen und ist an den giebelseiten komplett mit verschattungen ausgestattet. die dachflächenfenster sorgen für eine helle, freundliche atmosphäre - uneinsehbar für dritte. der hund konnte sich auf dem 1.000 qm frei bewegen. zum studio gehört eine 100 qm dachterrasse mit sonnenausrichtung. der verkehr war bedingt durch eine temporäre baustelle unschön, ist aber beendet. der mieter hatte sich mit 2 personen angemeldet das 2. schlafzimmer war nicht relevant. alles in allem können wir diese bewertung in keiner weise nachvollziehen - das möchten wir hier in aller deutlichkeit anmerken.

Stylishe Luxus Unterkunft

Wir haben das Stylische Ambiente genossen. Sehr großzügige und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Freundlicher Check in, nette kleine Sachen im Kühlschrank. Traumhafte Terrasse, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, insgesamt nur mit dem Wort stylishe Luxus zu zeichnen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Wir mussten noch mal hin

Beim ersten Mal haben wir nur die Erdgeschosswohnung gemietet. Da es uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir diesmal das ganze Haus gemietet. Es war einfach nur klasse. Im Vergleich zum ersten Besuch haben die Vermieter noch mal nachgebessert (was kaum möglich war).

Luxuswohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Im sehr gut geführten Rundgang der imposanten Ferienwohnung Pasha zeigte uns die Vermieterin alles Notwendige. Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre luxuriöse Ausnahme bei den Ferienwohnungs-Angeboten. Von den 170qm Wohnfläche nimmt ca. die Hälfte das lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer in der ersten Etage ein. In der großen Einbauküche mit Mielegeräten können ambitionierte Köche ihrer Kochleidenschaft nachgehen. Die bequemen Betten mit ausgezeichneten Zudecken der beiden Schlafzimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Auf der großen Terrasse kann man Dank Heizstrahler bis Tief in die Nacht sitzen. Der hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Kontakt mit den Vermietern lässt uns mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Die Wohnung liegt fussläufig ca. 1km vom Rheinsteig-Wanderweg entfernt, außerdem sitzt man bei gutem Wein und leckeren kleinen Gerichten von Freitag bis Sonntag sehr gut auf der Terrasse der Straussenwirtschaft Rheinblick.
