The very well-equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking. The dining table comfortably seats four people and a baby.<br><br>The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with vanity—everything you need is provided. The towel warmer provides warm towels on cold days.<br><br>The bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The wardrobe was custom-fitted by a master cabinetmaker, and of course, there’s also a flat-screen TV.<br><br>The second bedroom is located in the attic. It features two single beds and two dressers. There’s also a flat-screen TV here. Additionally, a small storage room has been provided in the attic.<br><br>The balcony is accessible from the living area—and right next to the house, there’s an outdoor terrace with patio furniture and a lawn. So nothing stands in the way of a fun barbecue. A cosy beach chair awaits you on the terrace!<br><br>The house is located on a small street across from the Zwillingsmühlen. The apartment is in the rear part of the house and is therefore set back from the street.<br><br>The apartment features wood-look tile flooring; vinyl flooring has been installed in the attic. The entire house is heated by underfloor heating, which can, of course, be adjusted separately for each room. A radiator has been installed in the attic.
